Terms of Service

By commissioning me you are agreeing to the following terms. Please be sure to read everything carefully.Failure to comply to anything below will likely get you blacklisted from purchasing anything from me in the future.

PAYMENT- I will not begin drawing until full payment is recieved- Prices may raise depending on the details in your commission.USD: Payments in usd are through cashapp only. [I'm working on setting up a paypal!]I do NOT accept gift cards/other currency other than the ones stated above, unless said otherwise by me. I do not do Robux commissions anymore.

GENERAL GUIDELINES- I will not copy or recreate other artist's styles. If you are commissioning me, you are paying for my own original style.- If you'd like to commission me, click the "Order Here" button on the homepage of my carrd and fill out the form! Please DM me on discord.- Do not remove my watermark off of your commission; I can reposition the watermark if you don't like where it is.- I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason.- You are welcomed to ask for progress checks whenever you want but please don't do it more than once a day; also please don't be upset if I havent started/made progress at the time you ask.- Art will not always be finished ASAP; I will always try to get it done in a timely manner. It shouldn't take over a month but it definitely won't always take a few days.- Do not ask me to do NSFW.- There are absolutely no refunds once you pay.
If you think there is a possibility that you'll need the money for something else, please do not commission me.

USAGE:
- Commissions are not for commercial use, meaning you cannot redistribute or profit off of my artwork as Merchandise, Prints, NFTs, ETC. without my permission + possible extra pay.- You may resize, crop, edit, print and do anything else with your commission as long as you are not profiting off of it or claiming my art as your own.- I retain the rights to my work, which include but aren't limited to: using your commission for advertising, examples, distribution, and/or using it as a sample for future inquiries.- You are welcome to upload your commission to social media, credit isn't required but is greatly appreciated!- I reserve the right to reuse sketches and design elements that were rejected by the commissioner for other commissions or personal works.----------------------------------REFUNDS AND CANCELLING:I do not do refunds. If you want to order from me please be 100% sure that you will not need a refund for any reason.You’ll receive a full refund if for any unjustifiable reason I’m unable to finish the commission.If I make a mistake or miss something, please don't be afraid to let me know!

This is because I use undertones and a variety of colors in my shading.My style is also "imperfect" meaning that not all of my lines are clean/neat; and my anatomy style may seem fluid/different from my other pieces.
